If it isn't part of your evenings by then, email hello@getardora.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no restocking fee.
How a return works
- 01Email hello@getardora.com with your order number. A person replies within one working day with the return address.
- 02Send the wrap back in its box. It doesn't need to be unused.
- 03Your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving.
Faulty on arrival?
Send us a photo and we'll replace it without a return.
